Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, ChouChou is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at email with your order number.
We’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace your order when possible.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
